Player Tips
Whether you're just starting out or already experienced, these tips can help you play smarter at the hijau88 tables.
Read more tips on the Betting Tips pageEven if you're used to playing with friends, real-money tables are a different game entirely. Start at the lower limits on hijau88 to get comfortable with the pace of online play before moving up the stakes.
Set a limit on how much you're willing to put on the table in a single session. Poker experts recommend bringing no more than 5% of your total bankroll to each session at hijau88.
Position is everything in poker. Playing from a late position (the dealer button) gives you an informational edge, since you act after everyone else. Use that advantage at the hijau88 tables.
Tilt — playing on emotion after a big loss — is a poker player's worst enemy. If you feel your focus slipping, step away for a bit. hijau88 will be here whenever you're ready to come back.
Not all tables are created equal. At hijau88, look for tables where you have an edge — avoid sitting with players who are all stronger than you. That's exactly what the pros do.

Player Reviews
"Been playing poker on hijau88 for 2 years now. The Sunday Major MTT is a highlight — large field, solid prize pool. Last week I finished 3rd and took home RM 2,400. The table interface is clean with zero lag. Deposits via TNG clear in under a minute. A platform that genuinely understands what Malaysian players need."
"I play Omaha Hi-Lo exclusively and hijau88 is one of the few platforms in Malaysia that offers it consistently. The traffic is solid during peak hours, the rake is reasonable and I've never had an issue with withdrawals. My biggest win here was RM 5,800 in a Sunday MTT. Highly recommend."
"I started playing poker seriously during the pandemic and hijau88 was my first school. The new member freerolls were a huge help early on — I could practise without any risk. Now I'm playing cash games at RM 5/10. The hijau88 customer service team was incredibly patient walking me through the tournament rules. Thanks, team!"
