These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and hijau88 ("Platform" or "We") regarding your use of the website, services, games, and all features available on hijau88. This document is governed by applicable law and sets out the rights and obligations of both parties.

By clicking the "Register" or "Log In" button, or by accessing any part of the hijau88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including hijau88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

This agreement is solely between you and hijau88. Third parties have no right to enforce any term under this agreement. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable, all remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.

Use of the hijau88 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. You must ensure that you satisfy all of these conditions before registering or using any hijau88 services:

• At least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident who is physically present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not prohibited by applicable law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not being on any self-exclusion list imposed by hijau88 or any other relevant body.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Hijau88 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. You are required to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe. Any attempt to register or use the hijau88 platform by an individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at hijau88 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of balances and winnings without prior notice. hijau88 employs various technical methods to detect duplicate account ownership, including IP address checks, device details, and identity information.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify hijau88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your account information whenever your personal details change.

Hijau88 is not liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card, bank statement, and proof of current address.

Hijau88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via approved Malaysian digital payment methods only. All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same name as the hijau88 account holder — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Deposit conditions: The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, accounts making deposits above certain thresholds may be required to complete additional identity verification. Deposits are processed automatically in under 2 minutes upon confirmation from the payment provider. hijau88 does not charge any fees for deposits.

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Processing time for withdrawals is between 3 and 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals for accounts with incomplete KYC may take longer. The daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts is RM 50,000.

All winnings and withdrawals are subject to hijau88's standard security checks. hijau88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for verification and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. In cases requiring further investigation, hijau88 will notify the member concerned via email within 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotions offered by hijau88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective promotion, which will be clearly stated on the hijau88 Promotions page. More specific promotion terms will take precedence over the general terms in this section in the event of any conflict.

hijau88 general bonus principles:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in the termination of all accounts involved.
• Each bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Rollover is calculated based on total actual wagers placed (not winnings). Cancelled, refunded or opposing-side bets on the same match will not count towards the rollover calculation.
• Hijau88 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies that are clearly intended solely to meet rollover requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

The hijau88 VIP Programme offers exclusive benefits to loyal members, including higher withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonuses, and a dedicated personal account manager. Eligibility and benefits under the VIP programme are at hijau88's discretion and are subject to change from time to time.

All casino games at hijau88 — including baccarat, poker, slots, blackjack and Live Casino games — are operated using software from licensed game providers that utilise independently certified random number generators (RNG). hijau88 does not modify, manipulate or influence the outcome of any game in an unfair manner.

• Members are solely responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Unfamiliarity with game rules is not grounds for bet cancellation or refund requests.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by hijau88.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during a live casino game, any affected rounds will be settled in accordance with the standard recovery procedures established by the game provider.

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and include the original stake in the payout calculation.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified in hijau88's sport-specific rules.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, settlement rules will depend on the sport type and the duration of the postponement. As a general rule, matches that do not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will be settled as void.
• Hijau88 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player suspected of fraud, match manipulation, or insider betting without prior notice.
• Live betting and cash out features are subject to availability and may be temporarily suspended during certain stages of a match.
• For parlay bets containing two or more matches — if one leg is voided — the bet will be recalculated excluding the voided leg. If only one leg remains, the ticket will be settled as a single bet.

Hijau88 is not liable for any Sports Betting outcomes arising from official results that are amended after a match has concluded, unless such amendments are made before the ticket is settled within the hijau88 system.

Hijau88 members are expected to use this platform in a responsible, ethical and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities for the purpose of evading restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using bots, automation tools, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting results ("match fixing" or "collusion").
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or using funds from unauthorised sources.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through strategies that are clearly intended solely to exploit bonus conditions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception or money laundering activities through the hijau88 platform.
• Being rude, threatening, or harassing customer support staff or other players.

Hijau88 operates an automated monitoring system that detects unusual behaviour. Any activity found to be in breach of these terms will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. hijau88's decisions on matters relating to game integrity are final.

Hijau88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion, where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• Failed identity verification or information proven to be false at the time of registration.
• Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Instructions from a competent regulatory authority.
• Technical or platform operational requirements.

You may also voluntarily close your hijau88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@hijau88.best. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to standard verification. Any valid balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit, once the verification process is complete.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of hijau88's services in certain regions.

Hijau88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net amount deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the date on which the liability claim arises.

All personal data you provide is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the hijau88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.

• Contacting you by email or phone regarding your account, promotions, and platform updates — you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
